My grandfather Bannister on right
Never new my grandfather but know he fought for his country in world war 1. He was
a very proud soldier who never met his daughter Florence (my Mom) till he returned from
the war.
Above is the postcard he sent my grandmother on Mom's first birthday and I still have that
postcard even though its very hard to make out the writing on back.
My mother was buried on November 11th 2004.........
