See what you can get for 449,000 in Myrtle Beach... it is a beautiful home, the fellow said they
added about 90,000.00 worth of accessories to the house to make that price but you could get the
bare essentials for 379,000.00. There is a 4th bedroom upstairs after you go through the laundry room that they use as an office.
They even had an ipad on the wall, actually into the wall...the ideas people come up with but my favorite was the sun porch....looking out at the pond beside it.
I guess they are selling as fast as they build them.
