Meet Garfield, a ferro cat in Barefoot . Garfield is the name a friend Dick gave him years ago when he was here and every year we wonder if Garfield will still be here when we come. A lovely lady named Barb feeds Garfield, ( she calls him Orange), lol and he stays handy to her place. On rainy nights she opens her garage to allow him to come in that far out of the rain.
Sometimes you see a white cat hanging around with Garfield and Barb will feed him too. There are several ferro cats in Barefoot and usually people leave treats about for them. You cannot let these cats in, they are not use to it and will go crazy , they totally are outdoor cats.
Paula and Laurie packed up car to leave. I cannot believe they filled their car and left 2 golf bags behind...oh dear what will ours look like.......??
Well we are planning on leaving this afternoon, car is full Mal off to get oil change before we leave, taking our time to head home....3 nights
As you know Blog will be down now for awhile.... Had our final supper with Anitha and Rama, they headed out this morning early for Ottawa.......We spent the last 3 evenings with them..Wishing them a safe journey and the best as they begin their life in Ottawa.
