Excitement of Christmas rings through with Christmas eve and seafood casserole.......and pizza, great combination... lol

We open a gift or two and then over to the Cormier's for the opening of the baskets...

The year is coming to an end and so is my blog for awhile, with no trip south and friends all away decided its time for a rest... still will put pictures on facebook so if you don't see us here we will be
still in the internet world.....lol

seafood casserole...

It was a great evening with our friends Bill and Sandy for seafood casserole which turned out very good again this year.

So many of our friends are packing up for Florida and Myrtle Beach and some are already there
so will be a long winter for us but before you know it we will be heading south again next year.

In the meantime wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Years,,,,,,,,

christmas Formal

It was an exciting for the kids to attend the Christmas Formal at Riverview high and

Trent and Allison had a great time.

Both looked great all dressed up for the event, Chandler a friend of Trents got a drive to dance to meet his date.

George, Mickie and Steph drop by

It was nice to have George Mickie and Stephanie drop in for tea while shopping in Moncton.

Just happened to have friends sweets on hand and I did make a saltana cake for the holiday season.

excited to get the decorations out and my stuffed dog Arfie came down for the season
and back up he went when Christmas over...have no idea what happened to Arfie. lol

Had an invitation to join the girls for breakfast so decided to go along with them.  Was not long till
the place was full with people for brunch.

Heard the door bell ring the other night and our next door neighbour was at the door with a gift for
us, this cute snowman.....he is so sweet.  Zach is not much for words but I sure appreciated their gift.

Thought it was so cute from our paper boys to invite their customers to their home for

hot drinks and snacks...... we are not able to attend but will make sure a card is in the mailbox for them and a treat for the dog....

lunch with the MB gang

It was a gathering of friends at Moxie's for lunch Friday and we had a great get together.  Of course
the guys were trying to figure out how Mac could remain tee off times from Moncton even if he wasn't  a member this year.

It sure will not be the same without us being in Myrtle Beach this year but we have reservations for
next year already made and deposit made so look out all of you We will return. haha

Mac arranged some of our cards on the mirror and they look pretty there, We certainly see where
people have cut back on cards including ourselves but postage has really gone up so much this year.
